I have been doing business with Dress My Chair for 3 years now. Each and every event I order linens and chair covers for they are exceptional. Even times I've needed help setting up at the last minute, they are there for me. I would HIGHLY recommend them and their products. The personal service is outstanding! I'm really glad that I splurged and rented these items. They really made the room look much better. I rented from an absolutely wonderful company named Dress My Chair. They ship nationwide and were really great and easy to work with. Dress My Chair was so great. They provided Bride and Groom satin sashes free of charge. It all looked so pretty.

Everything arrived on Thursday so we were able to set up our reception early and not have to rush. It was great not having to pay extra to get the items early. Recently, I began my own chair cover rental business. I had no idea where to begin. I was about to have a company in New York start making the covers. Had even placed the order for the fabric, when by Providence, happened to email Dress My Chair. Just before it would have been impossible to turn back the hands of time and cancel my order, I received an email from the online services of Dress My Chair. From there it has been a wonderful relationship of placing orders, getting advice, quick service and replies. They never seem too busy to answer the myriad of questions that I inevitably have. My cleaners have commented on the quality of the fabric and how nice it will be to work with. Their willingness to work with pricing, fabric choices and custom orders doesn't seem to faze them in the least. The manager has been super in offering suggestions to help my business run smoother. She has taken the time to see what ideas I had, were taken seriously, and has gone out of her way to investigate them. The replies to my e-mails are sometimes almost instantaneous! I get the answers I need. I have even placed some deadlines and they have come through every time. In closing, I would highly recommend this company without reservation.
