Our REQUEST A QUOTE page is available online 24 hours a day on our web site Please note that submitting an inquiry online is viewed as a request and does not guarantee availability or orders. All orders are confirmed when a contract is signed. Requests are welcome by e-mail, mail, fax or phone 24 hours a day.

Contract:

Please note that submitting an inquiry online does not guarantee availability or an order. All orders are confirmed when a contract is signed.

Once we have presented you with a quote or discussed your needs, we can forward a contract with the requested items and services. Our contract is very detailed and very easy to read.

We have been praised for our thorough contract that enables you to understand the details of a lease/purchase agreement with no hidden fees or surprises.

Contracts can be mailed, faxed, e-mailed or completed at our showrooms.

Swatches:

We are happy to send you a limited color palette of swatches of the requested materials and colors - please submit your request on the REQUEST A QUOTE page and we will send them out right away - just tell us your colors and check "Swatches" option under the "Items You Are Interested In" section. Be sure to request specific colors, items and list address.

Samples:

Samples of most items can be mailed to you or are displayed at our showroom. We ask that you fill out a sample request form and pay a small fee to have them sent to you. You can keep the items up to a week. If interested, please use the Sample Borrowing Agreement form on the REQUEST A QUOTE page.

Be sure to indicate specific items, colors and sizes.

Custom Orders:

Please submit a request, ideas and details via our REQUEST A QUOTE page and we will contact you for further information.

Delivery/Setup/Removal/Return:

We will supply detailed forms to specify pick up, delivery, set up, removal, return details, dates, times and instructions. We are very into details - this ensures a perfect event!

Pickup and Return:

You can elect to save money by picking up and returning your rentals. Most rentals are picked up on Friday and returned on Sunday.

We will supply detailed forms to complete regarding specific pick up and return dates, times, details and instructions. You are not required to be present as we allow you to designate someone else to pick up and return your rentals.

Covers will be on hangers and ready to be used as you pick them up. Ties will be bundled. We will ask your designated pick up person to sign for pick up.

After the event, simply stuff the covers, hangers and accessories into the special laundry bags provided. You do not need to wash, sort or re-hang the chair covers.

We will ask your designated return person to sign for return and give them a receipt. We can also ship your rentals to the facility, event location, your home or wherever you desire at very reasonable rates.

Shipping:

We can ship your rentals direct to the facility, event location, and your home or wherever you desire at very reasonable rates. We will provide a detailed shipping contract to complete, regarding specific shipping details, dates, times and instruction. We ship nationwide. All orders are tracked to verify delivery. Most shipping orders are to be shipped back on Monday. Chair covers will be folded and gently packed in boxes. Due to high gas prices, even many local clients are having us ship to them to save money, time, stress, hassle and worry.
